Here’s the link link to a directory for finding free and low cost immigration legal services providers by plugging in your zip code: https://www.immigrationadvocates.org/legaldirectory/

Hello there, can you provide details regarding issues regarding the P-EBT for those families who did not qualify for it.

01:09:09
I work for a school district where all students qualified for free-and-reduced lunch. There has been an issue with whom to contact at the State level

01:09:09
Do you have any information for people who were previously working FT and now Part Time

01:27:22
@Korina: if you have DACA and somehow got enrolled in a Covered CA plan, why don't you email me offline at sdar@caimmigrant.org so we can look into the details of your specific case.

@Asiasiga Exactly, as Sasha said - it depends what their status is. If they are undocumented, they would not be eligible for CalFresh, and for Medi-Cal they could potentially be eligible if they are an undocumented child or young adults age 0-25 yrs, if they meet the income requirement

@Heriberto: unfortunately there are no P-EBT benefits available right now. CDSS will be rolling out another round in the coming weeks - if you want more info about the next round, can you email me at sdar@caimmigrant.org? I can connect you to organizations that are tracking more closely and might have details about what we can expect for the next coming round of P-EBT

Thank you!

Thank you all for this! I really appreciate this information.
