one of my students submitted her DACA renewal and was told because she was accepted for U Visa her DACA was accepted...Getting her U Visa is the better route?

Can a DACA recipient with a job apply for Green Card?

So to clarify, when they become a resident through a family member would the now resident be able to apply for financial aid (FAFSA)? I have been told by students that they can't apply because they want to prove they can sustain themselves.
