When the work permit is received, does it mean that the U visa has already been approved?Besides the work permit card, will another card arrive apart from requesting the social security number?Once visa U is approved, what do I have to worry about while I wait for the adjustment of status? Apart from being a habitat with no record, I don't have a permanent job to date. Does this harm me in the future process?

It is advisable to change lawyers when I can no longer pay their fees because my finances change. I just received my work permit. When should I stay with the same lawyer, and how can I make a transition from one lawyer to another.It would be good if they did a seminar to inform about the steps to follow to request adjustment of status, the time, and what the immigration department will request. Because sometimes you are afraid to ask for some benefits that can be considered a public charge.
